Creativity Conversations explore the nature of our infinite creative potential. The definition of creativity goes far beyond just being artistic. Which means that regardless of where we find ourselves in business or in our personal lives, creativity involves finding new ways to solve problems, find solutions, come up with new ideas and be in "flow." This creative expression appears differently for an artist, a CEO, an entrepreneur, but it's essence is fundamentally the same.
Creativity is a way of living with openness, curiosity, generosity and a sense of adventure. On these calls, we redefine and recognize the variety of forms of expression of the creative spirit through conversations with a diverse group of individuals.

In this throwback episode of Creativity Conversations, Nina Lockwood sits down with coach and consultant Marina Galán for a thoughtful exploration of identity, awareness, and the naturally creative mind.
Originally recorded in the earlier format of the show, this conversation still raises wonderful questions about identity, awareness, and our naturally creative minds. Marina invites us to look beyond the idea that creativity belongs only to artists, suggesting instead that creativity is an ongoing part of being human—present in our thoughts, choices, relationships, and experience of life.
Together, Nina and Marina discuss:
- Why creativity is a natural and continuous process
- How our identities are shaped by the stories we create
- The difference between our thoughts and who we truly are
- How awareness helps us notice our own creations
- Why expression can begin from wholeness rather than striving
- What becomes possible when we loosen our attachment to familiar concepts
One of the ideas that emerges throughout this conversation is that we may not need to become creative.
We may simply need to notice the creativity already moving through us—and become more aware of the stories that shape what we believe is possible.
